Aurora is delicate, light and complex at the same time. It shows notes of honey, lemon blossom, fresh white peach and green apple, it has beautiful nerve of minerality. Very gastronomic wine, perfect with seafood and fish.  All work in the vineyard is manually, using only natural products. Brilliant work from one of the best enologist in Sicily - Salvo Foti. All the procedures are done according to the phases of the moon. Altitude of the vineyard 750 m above sea level.  Soils are volcanic and sandy. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. Ageing in old big barrels.
