Traminer, Riesling 

Biodynamic cultivation, loess soils, spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeast, skin contact 4 days, matured over 2 years on fine lees in big old oak and acacia barrels. No added sulphur, no fining, no filtering. Umami stands out and makes the show, where Riesling brings to the blend nice freshness and Gewürztraminer its exotic notes.
