La Soufrandière is located in Mâconnais in South Burgundy. First vintage was vinified by brothers Jean-Phi and Jean-Gui in 2000.  The vineyards are plowed by horse. Organic and biodynamic certified since 2006. Fermentation on indigenous yeasts, no chaptalization or acidification. Matured 11-18 month in tanks and old barrels. "La Bonnode" is a beautiful block - "climat" of 2 ha, east facing slope of 20%, boarded by wild bush. Wine has harmony and great ageing potential.
