Ungrafted vines from small parcel 10 km from the Etna crater. Vineyard cultivation is done by hand using natural preparations according to the moon phases. Fermentation on indigenous yeast,  maturation for 1 year in wooden barrels. Only 1200 bottles produced. All bottles are numbered.
