Riesling, Gruner Veltliner

Organic wine growing, hand-harvested. Grapes were picked at the same day and pressed together. Fermentation with native yeasts only, fermented and aged for 24 month on the lees in French oak (25% new), then bottled for the second fermentation (Traditional methode). Aged further for 24 month on lees in the bottle before desgorgement. No dosage and no sulphur added - topped up with the same sparkling vintage - 2017. Disgorged in December 2021.
