JUICY FRUIT 2018

Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling 

Grapes - mostly from Pinot family were hand picked from best plots cultivated biodynamically.  Soil - loess and clay. Fermentation with indigenous yeast, minimum skin contact for 3 days. Ageing over 2 years on fine lees in big old oak and acacia barrels.No added sulphur, no fining, no filtering - the normal way, as Milan Nestarec likes to say.
