Forks & Knives 2019 is a vivid and juicy wine made to enjoy with food! Biodinamic cultivation of  clay and sandy soils, partly whole bunch carbonic maceration, aged 1,5 years in stainless steel and big neutral barrels 600-3000L. No added sulphur, no fining, no filtration. Sappy and fruit driven, full of life, open it and the simpliest meal will become much more fun!
