DANGER 2021

Muller Thurgau, Neuburger, Muscat

Organic wine growing, hand-harvest. Grapes were directly pressed without skin contact. Fermentation of all varieties started together and then it was bottled to finish the fermentation in the bottle, closed under the crown. It was disgorged, thanks to which the wine has  great persistent bubbles. No filtration, no added sulfur. One of the biggest fun in our collection! Literally electrifying!
