Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier

Confiance 2018 is a sensual, elegant and noble wine.It is a real treasure in our collection! This wine created not every year and in small quantities. Grapes come from the higher hill in the end of the valley, where there is no active limestone in the soils (which are treated biodinamically and plaughed with horses). Vinification of this wine was with no stems in small stainless steel vats, no sulfites added. Matured partly in barrels.
