Biodinamic cultivation of clay soil plot. Pre-fermentation 12 days skin contact in open vat, spontaneous fermentation in big oak barrels. No added sulphur, no fining, no filtering. Barvirka is a work of all Nestarec family where Milan Nestarec mastering the winemaking and his wife Mirka creating this vivid folkloric labels. This wine full of bursting ripe berries notes can be served chilled.
