Gamay 60%, Pinot Noir 20%, Chardonnay 20%

Organic grapes coming from the plots rich in iron and quartz, producing most expressive Gamay, Pinots and Chardonnay in Auvergne. Co-fermenting of all grapes in the stainless steel. The wine is very juicy, vivid and fresh. 2021 was Henri's Chauvet first vintage of making his own wines after working in some famous estates, and YES, what a fascinating result!
